1. Call or email to see if your laptop falls under the $69 parts and labor rate (+ $30 return shipping if out of state). %90 of laptops fall under the standard rate. $99 express service also available.
2. Download and fill out copy of the repair form located on the homepage and include it with the laptop and power cord inside the box.
3. Ship the laptop off when you’re ready! USPS, Fed Ex and UPS are fine but please pack the laptop very well. Refer to the helpful links below on how to ship a laptop. Don’t use USPS flat rate boxes. Fed Ex and UPS offer special laptop shipping boxes.
4. We will notify you when the laptop arrives safely. Turnaround time is 1-3 business days if the parts are in stock and 3-5 if they need to be ordered. Payment can be made when the repair is completed via Credit Card, Paypal, Money order and check. When the laptop is paid for it ships back via Fed Ex Ground.

“After researching laptop charger repair in SF bay area, it was pretty hard to find a service under $100 that had quick turnaround and the ones that did never returned my emails or phone calls.
