Terms:

No fix, no fee applies to laptops that arrive with factory original ac adapters and haven't had a dc jack repair attempt.

Diagnnostics and external cleaning are performed at customers request on the repair form.

Warranty includes labor only.  Shipping and parts are extra.

If your laptop doesn't fall under the $65 rate you need to send an email confirmation agreeing to the extra parts cost.  This can also delay the 3-5 business day turn around time by 2-5 business days.

All laptops require an additional $20 return shipping fee making the total $85.  You're more than welcome to include a return shipping label.

We ship back via Fed Ex Ground, insured for $499, and don't require signatures at the door.  If you need this changed please contact via email.

We highly recommend using Fed Ex and thier special laptop shipping box.  Fed Ex will not pay out on a damaged laptop if you're not usng thier box.

We are never responsible for damage to your laptop in transit to or from our shop. By shipping us your laptop you are agreeing to that term.  No exceptions!

Step 1

Email or call to make sure your laptop falls under the $65 parts and labor dc jack repair. 90% of laptops do!  Please read our terms before shipping your laptop!

Next day service available for $99.

Step 2

Include a copy of the repair form with the shipment. Fed Ex and UPS offer special laptop shipping boxes if you don't have your own and that's what we recommend for safe shipping.

 

Step 3

We will notify you via email when the laptop arrives.  Current turn around time is 3-5 business days. This is not a guarantee but a best guess estimate.

Step 4

We will notify you when the dc jack repair is completed and payment can be made via Credit Card, Paypal, Google Checkout, or including a check or money order with the laptop.

Warranty

  • Laptops that have a previous dc jack repair or attempt aren't covered under any warranty.
  • Some laptops are damaged and can’t be warranted and will are subject to our warranty approval.
  • Using a non-factory original ac adapter will void your warranty. You must include the factory ac adapter at the time of the repair.
  • Abuse of the laptop will void your warranty.
  • Pomeroy Computing LLC has sole discretion regarding what constitutes a violation of our warranty.
